My overly abundant abscence has been almost a year long now. A lot has happened during that year, it feels like a whole lot longer than that. I apologize for being gone and not commenting on everyone's art, I didn't actually mean to be gone it just kind of happened.

Depression, illness, stress were all bouncing up and down on my head but some good things were happening too. My husband and I got to take our daughter on a trip to India to research tribal textiles. I started a Travel Agency (Fire Dragon Travel, specializing in sci-fi & anime convention travel as well as travel in Asia...) which is still in it's infancy. Anyway, I hope to stick around and am really looking forward to seeing what everyone's been up to while I've been absent!

I do intend to get around to the whole favorite art thingy that was on my journal for almost a year. Really! Soon, I promise.
